Deposit for one person for the eclipse retreat. After placing the deposit you will be contacted to schedule a welcome call with Seadar. The welcome call is an opportunity to answer any questions you have and finalize your payment and occupancy details.
Please also be advised of our cancellation policy: Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $1311 USD deposit. Any cancellation made between: August 15th, 2023 and November 15th. 2023 will result in a loss of 25% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between: November 16th, 2023 and January 15th, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between: January 16th, 2023 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
